Home Connections gathers the homes NDIS providers advertise on their own websites, so families, hospital teams and support coordinators can find them in one place. Listing is free.
How your homes appear
If your website has a homes or vacancies page, we read it each week and show the facts you publish: the type of home, the suburb, bedrooms, places available, the SDA design category and who the home suits. Every listing carries the date we last saw it and links straight to your page, so enquiries come to you.
We don't copy your photos or descriptions, and we don't charge to be listed.
Getting your homes listed
We list homes from providers' own websites, so we need a page to read. To get your homes listed, send us the link to the page on your website where your homes are listed. We don't publish homes sent to us directly.
Tell us what you'd like changed
Use the form to have your homes added, fix something we've got wrong, or have a listing taken down. We act on every request within the week.
