The terms for using Home Connections

About Home Connections

Home Connections (homeconnections.com.au) is run by Dimension 5 Pty Ltd. It lists homes that NDIS providers advertise on their own public websites, across Australia, so people can find them in one place.

Information only

The listings are general information, taken from providers' websites on the date shown on each listing. We don't run, inspect, check, approve or recommend any home or provider, and a listing is not an endorsement. Details such as places available change often and may be out of date or wrong. Always confirm the details directly with the provider before making any decision.

Nothing on Home Connections is advice about NDIS plans, funding or which home is right for someone. For that, talk to a support coordinator, the NDIA or another adviser you trust.

Providers and their listings

Information about each home comes from the provider's own website, and the provider is responsible for it. If a listing about your organisation is wrong, or you'd prefer your homes not to be listed, use our provider form and we'll correct or remove it within the week.

Links to other websites

Listings link to providers' websites and some pages link to government websites. We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

Using the site

Please use Home Connections lawfully and don't do anything that interferes with how the site works for others, such as trying to break its security or overloading it.

Copying the listings

You're welcome to use Home Connections to find homes for yourself or the people you support. That includes sharing links to our pages, printing or saving a few listings and quoting our monthly count of homes advertised, with "Source: Home Connections" and the date.

Search engines and AI tools are welcome to read the site and show our pages to people, with a link back to us.

Without our written permission, you can't:

• copy the listings in bulk, by hand or with software such as scrapers, crawlers or bots, or keep downloading the site
• republish the listings, or a large part of them, on another website, app, directory or dataset
• sell, license or otherwise use the listings, or our record of when homes were seen, for a commercial purpose

The details of each home belong to the provider that advertises it, and providers are free to use their own information however they like. These terms cover our collection of those details: how we've gathered, organised and dated them. To ask about using the listings, email support@homeconnections.com.au.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those rights, we provide Home Connections as it is, and to the extent the law allows we aren't responsible for any loss that comes from relying on a listing or from a provider's website.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
